Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and targeted audits of clinical documentation, workflows, and operational processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Review patient records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to clinical protocols and payer requirements.
- Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives based on audit findings and data analysis.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to provide education, feedback, and support regarding quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of audits, findings, and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on current regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices relevant to the organization’s services.
- Support readiness for accreditation surveys, payer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate in virtual departmental and organizational meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager or leadership team.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or a related role in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance guidelines (e.g. CMS, Joint Commission, NCQA).
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide effective feedback and education.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Fully on- site position
- Bilingual
- May require occasional travel for on-site audits, training, or meetings depending on organizational needs.

Pay: $17.00- $22.00 - per hour
