Accounts Specialist
About Us:
Nova Medical Services is a growing healthcare organization with multiple specialties, including Wound Care, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. We’re looking for an Accounts Specialist to join our accounting team and help with day-to-day financial operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has basic experience in accounts payable or accounting, is organized, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Experience with QuickBooks is required. Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, or Divvy is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities
Review and enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
Help process payments, checks, and credit card expenses.
Assist with reconciling vendor accounts and resolving billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
Communicate with vendors and team members regarding invoices and payments.
Help keep accounting processes organized and efficient.
Qualifications
1–2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks required.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
